What to Expect: Our signature class is a full body, 50-minute, heart-pumping session that maxes out at 20 clients. The workout blends a combination of TRX, Kettle bells, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to jumpstart your metabolism. Proven by our clients to be one of the most highly effective workouts, athletes can expect to feel leaner, stronger, and more fit from the first session.

What to Expect: This high-energy class set to upbeat music, tones up your arms, abs, shoulders, and legs. Anticipate jump rope, jabbing, and a well-rounded mix of strength training intervals.

KETTLE BELL

What to Expect: This class has been designed to maximize the unique benefits of kettle bell training. The kettle bell recruits muscle fibers from the entire body to perform a majority of the exercises. The results are a super strong body without the bulk, increased mobility, and major fat shredding.

MASTERS

What to Expect: This fast-paced workout takes our standard class up a notch (or several), with quick instruction followed by complex movement patterns and exercises.

Who It’s for: Athletes must attend at least five Exceed classes and should be able to perform basic movements, including Kettlebell swings, dead lifts, goblet squats, thrusters, burpees, and box jumps, prior to admittance.

Y-FIT(Youth Fitness)

What to Expect: Allow your child to become a more agile and impactful player on his or her team, while developing the self-esteem necessary to excel to the next level. Goals include corrective exercise training, improving muscle balance, increasing flexibility, and establishing posture control and core stability, all while having fun! Sessions held in Tribeca are run by PopFit Kids.
Who It’s For: Whether you are an athlete or just want to train like one, this program will improve coordination, increase speed, build stamina, and develop power. Ages 7-12.
