  • MOTIVATE. HYDRATE. FEEL GREAT!
    • Don’t forget to hydrate before, during and after exercising. Bring your own bottle to fill up at our fountains or purchase small/large water bottles at the front desk.
  • CHECK IN

    • Always try to arrive 5-10min early for class.
    • Say hello to the Front Desk and introduce yourself as a new client
    • Create Your Account and complete the Client Liability Waiver
      • Initial when you arrive and you’re all set!
      • Athletes under 18 years of age need a parent/guardian present to sign in

  • MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
    • Arriving early will also give you a chance to meet your instructor and discuss any injuries or limitations so they can customize your training.
  • 2 FOR 1 INTRO SPECIAL
    • 2 Classes for the price of 1 ($32) – Call the Front Desk to secure your Intro Special!
      • The second class expires in 30 calendar days

      • In addition to your cool down in the final minutes of class, hang out for a bit and work on your flexibility in our stretching area or on our training floor (lower level).

 

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

  • THE WORKOUT
    • Our signature class is a full-body, 50-minute, heart-pumping session that maxes out at 20 clients. The workout blends a combination of TRX, Kettle bells, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to jumpstart your metabolism. Proven by our clients to be one of the most highly effective workouts, athletes can expect to feel leaner, stronger, and fitter from the first session.

TRAINING TIPS

  • WHAT IF I’VE NEVER USED KETTLE BELLS OR THE TRX BEFORE?
    • No worries! Our experienced instructors take the time to demonstrate each of the movements that you’ll perform in class, help develop and improve your technique during your workout and always keep you injury-free!
  • SHOULD I EAT BEFORE I WORKOUT?
    • A light meal rich in carbohydrates and protein 30-60min before your workout will be a great performance boost.
  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    • Our instructors and athletes recommend a tank or t-shirt up top and form-fitting shorts or pants. Be ready to sweat! Check Exceed’s very own clothing and gear available for purchase at the front desk!
